About
Most of my interests are in the interconnected fields of hermeneutic phenomenology, psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapy, and Jungian psychoanalysis. My formative intellectual and professional years were in the tumult of South Africa in the 1980s.
My book, Jung and phenomenology (1991), has been republished by Trivium Pubs, and is available online.
Current primary interests are veteran's issues, psychotherapy research, geropsychology, ecopsychology and the wilderness experience, and endurance sports, especially running.
Affiliate member, InterRegional Society of Jungian Analysts.
Board Certified in Clinical Psychology with the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP).
